Here at RMG we want everyone to be at the best of physical and mental health.
With light at the end of the lock down tunnel, we would like to prepare ourselves for the new normal.
We want everyone to feel part of the larger RMG family and really get involved in this challenge.
As part of RMG’s count down to out of lock down, we want to make sure we are physically and mentally prepared for our “Freedom”. Using your extra half hour lunch break, furlough day or additional day light hours lets start the 21st of June fighting fit!
As a team you will be challenged to reach 1.7million metres in 10 weeks. Sound too much? Fear not, it will equate to approx.. 3k/day per person. Easy right? Activities need to be linked from your fitness app to your Million Metre Challenge account, so dust off those trainers, oil the chain on your bikes and (when allowed) breathe in and pop on that swimsuit! To make it fair, cycling will be factored down to be in line with running!
Weekly updates will be sent out to all those taking part to keep up the motivation, and dare we say it, the competition!
